Cal Hacks Countdown!

“Calling all hackers. Dreamers. 4-A.M’ers”

Undergraduate students from universities all over the world have been invited to register for Cal Hacks, a 36-hour hackathon at UC Berkeley.

As we count down the last 48-hours until the event, we want to share some event details that make this hackathon a student developer’s Valhalla.

  • The entire event is free – from the WiFi, to your meals, swag, and workspace!
  • California students can also get free transportation to and from the event.
  • You’ll have access to complimentary hardware hacking resources like 3D printers, laser cutters, soldering stations, and electrical engineering equipment.
  • Cal Hacks is an opportunity to bask in the creative and technological know-how of approximately 1,500 university students from all over the world.

As the only bitcoin wallet company sponsoring the event, our hackathon ambassador, Kevin, will be in attendance to field your bitcoin questions, questions about our API, and help get your team hacking away to build something incredible.

If you’ve got a question for the Cal Hacks team, reach out to them on Twitter!
